Transparent lid for the BI-Plum 200 mold made from plastic approved for food contact (BP).
Effectively protects the finished product from contamination and drying out.
NOTE: for paper molds, the tolerance of +/- a few mm in their width and length may cause a difference in how well they fit with the lids. The Italian manufacturer of molds and lids recommends sealing the mold with the lid using a label, additionally heat-sealing in a plastic sleeve or tying with a ribbon for proper adherence.
