Round paper baking mold for Panettone made from high-quality paper resistant to high temperatures (180°C-200°C), grease, and moisture.
The mold is made from paper with a weight of approximately 60 gsm. Specifically prepared for baking Italian cake. Also suitable for baking bread and yeast dough.
