Natural dye inspired by fruit colors. Designed for use with fondant, royal icing, whipped cream, sponge cake. Can also be used in drinks, jellies, jams, and many other water-based products.
Intense shade of black that adds depth and freshness to baked goods and desserts. The dye from the Fruity Line contains natural pigment.
Usage: before coloring, dilute the dye in a small amount of mass, mix thoroughly to avoid dye particles. A mixer or silicone spatula can be used. After thorough dilution, it can be incorporated into the rest of the mass.
